In order to implement the 20 tasks of the people's project in Tianjin, accelerate the construction of the comprehensive demonstration zone for the integration of talents in the Tongwu Corridor, continue to polish the brand of "100 school talents into Wuqing", and attract more outstanding young talents to develop in the district, recently, the Wuqing District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and talents from northern China have successively entered 6 colleges and universities in Langfang City, including Beihua Institute of Aerospace Industry and Langfang Normal University, to seize the golden period before the graduation of college students, and carry out the "Haihe Talents" policy lecture, attracting more than 1,300 students to participate. In the end, more than 300 people reached the intention of settling down.



During the event, the relevant person in charge of the Wuqing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau comprehensively promoted the advantages of Wuqing District in terms of location, industry, transportation and related policies for talent introduction, and gave a detailed introduction to the internship practice and talent recruitment activities of college students. Subsequently, the relevant person in charge of the talent market in northern China interpreted Tianjin's 2024 "Haihe Talents" action plan in detail from five aspects: Tianjin's impression, city positioning, industrial development, talent policy, and settlement handling, focusing on the relevant procedures for college students to quickly apply for the green channel in school before graduation, highlighting the service characteristics of "simpler procedures, faster settlement, and no cost throughout the process".
